G4S Risk Consulting’s Specialist Training & Capacity Building arm is a proven provider of cost effective training modernisation, capability enhancement and sustainable capacity building projects to Governments, Military, Law Enforcement and Commercial organisations. Our experienced teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have the capability to conduct detailed training needs analysis followed by development and delivery of International standard programmes designed to meet the organisation’s missions, vision and goals. Our regional director and several of our SME team are currently engaged on projects in the Middle East..
A Unique Team
Our senior management staff comprises of former UK Special Forces personnel with a vast amount of operational military, training management and commercial security experience. We work closely with a pool of professional SMEs drawn from Military, Law Enforcement and Commercial Technical backgrounds to ensure that we have the right people in the right place to deliver world class training and capacity building solutions. The ability to reach back to our Risk Consulting colleagues to provide holistic Security Risk Mitigation solutions and close collaboration with the wider G4S group resources globally and selected partner organisations completes the team, giving us unrivalled strength and depth.

Recent Projects
Our SME team have completed the Training of over 600 G4S and Ministry of Interior Aviation Security Officers and are providing ongoing consultancy services at Kuwait International Airport as part of a wider Security enhancement programme acknowledged by the UK DfT and US TSA as a major contribution towards the Airport meeting ICAO standards.
The Specialist Training team have also recently supported the Training modernisation programme for the Saudi General Directorate for Public Security’s Special Emergency Force (SEF). We developed comprehensive course material and delivered phased train the trainer programmes of instruction in military subject areas in support of the wider project aims.
Currently our consultants remain fully engaged with the SEF and are leading the development of Military Doctrine, Concept of Operations and SOPs aligned to the Mission Essential Tasks of the organisation. The future implementation phase will see the establishment of a Lessons Learnt & Doctrine Cell within the training department to ensure future training development is driven by operational requirements.
